Compare the physical equipment list with the agreed scope. For packages, clarify contents, packing units and marking.
Clarify packing
Packing is agreed around the equipment, route and storage conditions. Dimensions, weight and handling characteristics are needed for transport planning.
Agree the handover
Identify who will accept the supply, receive documents and record observations. Both parties should understand the inspection criteria before dispatch.
