PRACTICAL GUIDE

Preparing a technical RFQ

The information that helps align equipment requirements and delivery terms.

01 / CHECKPOINT

Start with identification

Provide the manufacturer, model and serial number. For spare parts, include the part number and revision. Marking photographs can help clarify an item, but do not replace the technical specification.

02 / CHECKPOINT

Define the supply scope

For every item, provide a description, quantity, unit and priority. Separate mandatory and optional items. When a package is needed, list its contents.

03 / CHECKPOINT

Record the requirements

List required documents, configuration, packing and acceptance requirements. For replacement equipment, attach a drawing or describe the existing interfaces.

04 / CHECKPOINT

Clarify delivery

Provide the destination, target date and delivery terms when known. Dates are confirmed after specification and equipment-readiness review.
